As soon as London Fashion Week dies down a bit*, we'll do a round-up of Oscars fashion (Winners: Mickey Rourke's dead doggie necklace; Losers: Kate Winslet's helmet hair, Heidi Klum's gelled hair, Zac Ephron's gelled hair.
