It's probably too late for me to hop on a flight to New York now isn't it? Boo.

Have a shop-tastic time everybody!

Went today and picked up a Kiyonna top and an a GORGEOUS Anna Scholz top. Was greeted by the owner, and she was so sweet. The clothes were great, the store is gorgeous and the personal attention from the staff was sooo nice -- it was such a nice experience to shop in a boutique; as a larger woman, I haven't reall had that. I'll be back!

Thank you for this.........I went with my cousin (who I had to literally shove out the door because her husband is going to kill me for diminishing his bank account)and got some great pieces from Abby Z and Igigi for my sister. This store is fantastic, they were so friendly and no pressure. Fantastic, Fantastic, fantastic.

I haven't gone yet, but I have to say I'm excited that I can (finally) go to a boutique here in brooklyn and actually fit into the clothing. It will be surreal.

Dude, I totally forgot to ask you what time you were going and what you looked like! I was going up to girls and saying "Are you Janelle? Too fat for Fashion?". I seemed like a crazy person. But I did get 3 tops and a pair of pants. Yay! We really do need to meet each other!

Stefania recommends Lee Lee's Valise on Court Street Bklyn, NY

If you haven't already, you've got to check out Lee Lee's Valise on Court Street in downtown Brooklyn. It has fabulous unique pieces for plus size woman. The owner, Lisa, is wonderful. She knows her shop and will help you pick out the clothes that are right for you...for any occassion. I had a party to go to and forget how to tie the wrap shirt i bought. Since she wasn't in the shop, she invited to her house to fix my fashion dilemma. Talk about customer service.

I made my way to Lee Lee's last night for the first time, demoralized and halfway suicidal. I desperately needed a cocktail dress - and I couldn't have found a better place to buy it. Lee Lee's is not for wallflowers, it's not a plus-sized store - it's a fashion boutique where the clothing is cut by designers who clearly understand - and love - the real female form. To top it off, Lee Lee is warm and welcoming, she gabs, she understands, she suggests, she vetoes, she embraces - she is a wonder - and what a merchant eye! I tried on 12 dresses, 10 of which I really liked, 4 of which I had to have. To have choices! To wear trends! To finally have a "little black dress" that I LOVE in my closet! I honestly never want to spend another penny on clothing at any other store in New York. Lee Lee's is it.
